This Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made, entered into, and is effective and binding as of February 12, 2015 (the “Execution Date”), by and between Communications Sales & Leasing, Inc., a Maryland corporation (“CS&L”), and Kenneth Gunderman (the “Executive”).
