This Settlement Agreement for Step II Rates (Step II Settlement Agreement) is entered into this 17th day of August 2023, by and between the New Hampshire Department of Energy (DOE), The Hampstead Area Water Company, Inc. (HAWC or the Company), the town of Atkinson, and the town of Hampstead (together, “the Step II Settling Parties”).
