This Stipulation of Settlement (“Settlement Agreement”) is reached by and between Plaintiff Jacinto Bravo (“Plaintiff”), individually and on behalf of all members of the Settlement Class, defined below, and Defendants Richard and Janis DeBenedetto dba DeBenedetto Ag (“DeBenedetto Ag”), J&R DeBenedetto Orchards Inc.
