This CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT is hereby entered into as of the date last written below (“Effective Date”) by and between American Rheumatology Network, LLC (hereinafter referred to as "ARN") and and its Affiliates (“VENDOR”). ARN and VENDOR are each also referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”. All references to a Party shall include such Party’s Affiliates.
