This Azure Certified Device Program Agreement (“Agreement”) describes the relationship between your company (“Company”) and Microsoft Corporation (“we” or “us”), the terms governing participation in the Program, and the terms for publication of any Offering within the Device Catalog. By submitting Offerings for certification in the Program, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to accept this Agreement on behalf of your Company.
