This Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") is dated and effective as of March , 2010, by and between the Pechanga Band of Luiseno Indians, a federally recognized Indian tribe (the “Tribe”), the City of Temecula, California (the "City"), the County of Riverside, California ("County") and the Sheriff of Riverside County ("Sheriff"), which are referred to herein collectively as “the Parties” and as to each as a "Party". The terms "Tribe," “City” “County” and "Sheriff" as used herein shall include the Parties’ governmental entities, departments and officials unless otherwise stated.
