The Management of the Business of the employer and the direction of its personnel, including the right to hire, discharge and discipline for proper cause, subject to the terms of this Agreement, are the exclusive responsibility of the Employer. The Employer shall be the exclusive judge of all matters pertaining to the products to be manufactured, the location of plants, the schedules of production and the methods, processes, means and mate- rial to be used.
