This collective bargaining Agreement, executed this 12th day of August, 2008 between the Board of Chosen Freeholders of the County of Ocean, State of New Jersey, a public employer with its main office at 101 Hooper Avenue, Toms River, New Jersey, hereinafter referred to as the "Board" and the Communications Workers of America, comprised of Ocean County Blue Collar employees, hereinafter referred to as the "Union". Wherever the terms "Blue Collar" or “Blue Collar employees" are used in this Agreement, both designations shall be interchangeable and have the same meaning and effect.
