(“Customer”) and SciAps, Inc. with a principal place of business at 7 Constitution Way Woburn, MA 01801 (“SciAps”), describes the terms and conditions set forth herein and in any price quotation (“Quotation”), to which this Agreement is attached. SciAps agrees to rent to Customer, and Customer agrees to rent from SciAps, the items and units of personal property described in the Quotation (each, a “Rental”), together with all replacements, parts, additions, accessories and substitutions therefor (collectively, the “Equipment”). If specific provisions of a Quotation are inconsistent with this Agreement, the Quotation shall control. Each Rental shall be subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
