The purpose of this Agreement is to form the basis for ARRO Consulting, Inc. (ARRO) to provide professional engineering services to the Pequea Valley School District (District) for design, permitting, bidding, and construction management to connect the School Campus to Leacock Township Municipal Authority’s (Authority) public water and sewer. Connection will be via a 6,000 LF sewer and water main extension along Newport Road (PA 772) to the connection points located on Hatville Drive and Fieldcrest Lane in Leacock Township, Lancaster County (PA). ARRO will provide the services identified in the Scope of Services below.
