This Confidential Settlement Agreement and General Release (“this Agreement”), dated and effective this 12 day of April, 2023 (the “Effective Date”), is made by and between Jane Doe (“Doe”), on the one hand, and John Roe (“Roe”), on the other hand. Doe and Roe are collectively referred to as the “Parties,” and each individually, a “Party.”
