Unless superseded by a written formal agreement entered into by both parties (“Agreement”), these terms and conditions contained herein, any files linked herewith, and any other attachments to this PO (“collectively the “PO” or “Purchase Order”) constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between the Buyer issuing the PO as noted on the first page (“Buyer” or “Jabil”) and Supplier (“Supplier”).
