THIS CONTRACT is entered into between the Area Agency on Aging of Pasco-Pinellas, Inc., hereinafter referred to as the “AAAPP,” and Pasco County Board of County Commissioners hereinafter referred to as the “Sub- recipient”, and collectively referred to as the “Parties.” The term Sub-recipient for this purpose may designate a vendor, sub-grantee or sub-recipient.
