The undersigned, Gresham Woods Partnership, the owner and developer of all numbered lots, access ways and common areas of subdivision known as Gresham Woods, as shown on plat of the same being recorded in the RMC Office for Greenville County, SC in Plat Book 22-Z, at Page 56, which plat was prepared by Freeland-Clinkscales Engineers, dated August 12, 1992, does hereby impose on the numbered lots shown thereon, access ways and common areas, if any, the covenants and restrictions hereinafter set forth which shall be binding on all parties and all persons claiming under them until December 31, 2016, at which time said covenants shall be automatically extended for successive periods of ten (10) years unless by vote of a seventy-five (75) percent majority of the then owners of lots it is agreed to change or abrogate said covenants in whole or in part. In such vote each lot shall be entitled to one vote and only one vote, irrespective of ownership.
