This Engagement Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between you, the content creator (the “Content Creator”) and Premier Nutrition Company, LLC (“PNC”) with offices located at 1222 67th Street, Suite 210, Emeryville, CA, 94608. PNC desires to retain the services of Content Creator and Content Creator desires to perform certain services for PNC. In consideration of the mutual covenants and promises contained herein and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged by the parties hereto, the parties agree as follows:
