This Agreement is entered into by the Port of Stockton and the Port of Stockton Electric Customer. Customer agrees to review these terms and conditions. Any implementation of this project will be deemed the Customer’s acceptance of these terms and conditions. If these terms and conditions are not acceptable, the Customer must notify the Port of Stockton and refrain from any implementation of the project, otherwise will do so at their own risk.
