THIS LEASE (“Lease”) is entered into this 12th day of August, 2010, and is by and between RUGER COAL COMPANY, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“RUGER”), and SUGAR CAMP ENERGY, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Lessee”). RUGER and Lessee is each sometimes referred to individually as a “Party” and sometimes referred to collectively as the “Parties”.
