This Master ESTMobile™ Software as a Service (“SaaS”) Subscription Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) together with the Channel Partner Agreement in effect between you (“Customer”) and Walter Kidde Portable Equipment Inc., doing business as Edwards (“Edwards”), permits Customer to purchase subscriptions to the Service (as defined below) from Edwards pursuant to Orders placed through Edwards’ My-Eddie website (“My-Eddie”) and sets forth the basic terms and conditions under which the Service will be delivered and performed. This Agreement will govern Customer’s initial purchase as of the date of purchase (“Effective Date”) as well as any future purchases made by Customer that reference this Agreement.
