This agreement is made between the Office of Attorney General (OAG) and the City of Chickasha (Recipient). OAG agrees to provide funding to Recipient for the purposes provided in Appendix A of this contract and in accordance with the terms and conditions provided in this contract. Recipient agrees to carry out the purposes for funding provided in Appendix A timely and in good faith and to abide by all terms and conditions of this contract.
