This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions in relation to the Token Sale between the Token Vendor and You (“You” or the “Purchaser”), the undersigned, for your intended purchase of the Tokens from the Token Vendor, during the Sale Period. Each of You and the Token Vendor shall hereinafter be referred to as a “Party”, and collectively, You and the Token Vendor shall hereinafter be referred to as the “Parties”.
