This Terminal One Project Settlement and Release Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of April 23, 2010, by and between Plaintiff Toll Bros., Inc. (“Toll”), on the one hand, and Defendants City of Richmond and Richmond Community Redevelopment Agency (“Agency”), on the other hand. The City of Richmond and the Agency are collectively referred to herein as “the City.” The undersigned parties may be referred to in this Agreement individually as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
