1stpoint is in the business of providing wholesale SIP-based VOIP services. Customer desires to purchase from 1stpoint, and 1stpoint desires to sell to customer, wholesale VOIP services, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement as well as defined in FCC document 47CFR64.702. “Service” shall mean those services described in the attached relevant Annex(es) incorporated herein by reference. “Service Date” shall mean the date of completion of provisioning and testing of the Services;
