The Company and the Union wish to cooperate to favour the efficiency and full output of the operations, to maintain harmonious relations between the Company and the employees, to establish a method permitting the amicable settlement of the disputes that may arise, and to establish working conditions to which the Company and the employees will have to abide by, the parties have agreed to the following:
