England (hereinafter called the venue) and Feile Africa Events Ltd (hereinafter called the Artiste’s representative) of the other part WITNESSETH that the Promoter hereby accepts the engagement to present ‘Abatimbo Drummers of Burundi' (hereinafter called the artiste) and the artiste accepts the engagement to appear as known at the Venue/s and from the date/s and time/s for the period/s and salary stated in the Schedule hereto, both agreeing to be bound by the additional clauses set out below.
