(“Emerald”), 519 Johnson Ferry RD NE, Building A, Suite 100, Marietta, GA 30068, provides a proprietary, web-based service known as BoardDocs (the “Service”), that enables organizations to enhance aspects of the governance process and communications between the administration, the public and the board, all on and subject to the terms of this End User Service Agreement (the “Agreement”). By executing this Agreement, effective as of the “Effective Date” indicated below, the below named customer (“Customer”) agrees to use, and Emerald agrees to make available to Customer, the Service, all in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions described in this Agreement.
