AGREEMENT (this "Agreement") dated as of , 2011, is between the TREASURE ISLAND DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, a public body, corporate and politic of the State of California (the "Authority" or “TIDA”), and the TREASURE ISLAND HOMELESS DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE, INC., a California non-profit corporation ("TIHDI"). For purposes of this Agreement, a "Party" shall mean the Authority or TIHDI as the context requires, and the "Parties" shall mean both the Authority and TIHDI.
