This Release and Waiver of Liability Agreement (With Assumption of Risk and Indemnity) (this “Release”) is made and provided by the person signing below in both his or her individual capacity and, if applicable, as the parent or guardian or the minor participant (“Participant”), who is being permitted to enter the Rusty Hook Ranch 734 Cr 244 Bay City, Tx 77414 (the “Property”) owned by Allied Industrial Sales, Inc., a Texas corporation (together with its owner, Wade Bullard, “Owner”) to participate in various outdoor events and activities (an “Event”) on the Property conducted by Owner or as sponsored, promoted, conducted by or associated with the Rusty Hook Ranch Inc, Gulf Coast Tournament Association and the Hook Spit Junior Anglers Association (collectively, “Sponsor”).
