Equipment Subject To Loan Agreement. CSG will give the following Equipment: One (1) Lenovo Thinkpad Yoga 12 Convertible Laptop and related hardware and software (“Equipment”). CSG provides each Student with Equipment that is similar to, or the same as, the equipment used by the faculty and allows for CSG management of Equipment during the Student’s time at CSG. The loaned Equipment is intended to be used throughout the school year of 2016-2017 and will be returned to the school over the summer. The Equipment is issued to the student who is the only authorized user of that computer. Although each student accepts responsibility for the care and use of the Equipment, the Equipment remains the sole property of CSG.
