THIS AMENDMENT NO. 1 is entered into by and between the Texas Facilities Commission, a state agency located at 1711 San Jacinto Boulevard, Austin, Texas 78701 (hereinafter referred to as “TFC”), as Owner (as defined in 2015 Uniform General Conditions, Section 1.28) and Parkhill, Smith and Cooper, Inc., located at 11902 Burnet Road, Suite 100, Austin, Texas 78758 (hereinafter referred to as “A/E”) (collectively referred to as the “Parties”), to amend the Agreement for professional architectural and engineering services, TFC Contract No. 20-082-000 (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”).
