School Board has been advised that (i) Brevard County entered into a Lease Agreement with Trinity Towers, Inc. (“TTI”), dated as of March 15, 1979 and recorded in Official Records Book 2214, Page 1640 of the Public Records of Brevard County, Florida on January 14, 1980 (the “Initial Lease”) for certain real property located in Brevard County, Florida and legally described on Exhibit “A” attached hereto (the “Property”); (ii) TTI’s interest in the Initial Lease was assigned to Trinity Towers South Preservation Associates, LLLP, a Florida limited liability limited partnership (“Current Tenant”), pursuant to an Assignment of Lease and Assumption Agreement dated on June 5, 2013 and recorded in Official Records Book 6894, Page 798, of the Public Records of Brevard County, Florida on June 7, 2013; and (iii) Brevard County’s interest in the Initial Lease was assigned to the City of Melbourne (the “City”), Florida pursuant to that certain Assignment of Ground Lease recorded in Official Records
