THIS AGREEMENT is entered into between PayPlus Ltd ("Acquirer") and XYZ Limited ("Merchant") (details of which are set forth in Appendix 2) which shall be effective from the Commencement Date until terminated in accordance with this Agreement. The Acquirer/Merchant relationship is governed by two documents which are the Merchant application form and the Merchant Agreement. They should be read together and together they form the agreement.
