Do not use the software accompanying this Agreement or downloaded from the CGS web site (the “Software”) until you have carefully read the following Agreement. Opening the sealed Software package and/or selecting the “Download” or “Install” button, and using the Software (or authorizing any other person to do so) indicates your acceptance of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, promptly return the unopened Software and accompanying items to the place of purchase within 60 days of purchase and your money will be refunded. This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions for licensing of the Software from CGS Publishing Technologies International, LLC (“Licensor”)
