This agreement, made pursuant to the provisions of the Industrial Relations Act 1979-1984 of Western Australia, this 21st day of July 1988 between the Federated Miscellaneous Workers' Union of Australia, Hospital, Service and Miscellaneous, WA Branch (hereinafter referred to as the Union) of the one part and the Ministry of Education of the other part, witnesseth that the parties hereto mutually convenant and agree the one with the other as follows:
