This Agreement governs Your use of the software solutions owned by Conga or an Affiliate identified in an Order Form or invoice and Exhibits B (collectively the "Service"). You agree that Your subscription to the Service is not contingent on the delivery of any future functionality or features, or dependent on any oral or written public comments made by Conga regarding future functionality or features.
