This THOR 2022 Hotel Contract, including the Request for Proposal (“RFP”) and the “Terms and Conditions,” (the “Agreement”), is entered into between Travel Industries, Inc., d/b/a THOR, Inc. (“THOR”), with offices located at 9200 E Panorama Cir #200, Centennial, CO 80112, and the legal entity identified in the signature block on the last page of this Agreement (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Hotel” or “Property”), for the purpose of extending Hotel’s Rates to those travel agencies subscribing (either through THOR or through other travel agency companies) to the THOR Hotel Program (”THOR Hotel Program”). Such Rates shall be effective following the Effective Date (set forth below) through December 31, 2022 (the “Term”).
