This Agreement is made and entered into between Whatcom Community College Physical Therapist Assistant Program (“School”), located at Bellingham, Washington, and Oak Harbor School District (“Training Site”), located at Oak Harbor, Washington. The purpose of this Agreement is for Training Site, which is committed to training health care professionals, to provide desirable clinical learning experiences and facilities for School’s students who are enrolled in its Physical Therapist Assistant Program (the "education program").
