This Agreement is hereby entered into by and between the City of Wauseon, hereinafter referred to as the "Employer", and the Ohio Patrolmen's Benevolent Association, hereinafter referred to as the "OPBA" to comply with the requirements of Chapter 4117 of the Ohio Revised Code; and to set forth in its entirety, the full and complete understandings and agreements between the parties governing wages, hours, terms and conditions of employment forthose employees included in the bargaining unit as defined herein.
