THIS AGREEMENT for the development of land (hereinafter referred to as this “Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of , 2020, between LAYTON CITY, a municipal corporation of the State of Utah (hereinafter referred to as “City”), and property owners Todd and Chris Grant (hereinafter referred to as “Owners”), with City and Owners collectively referred to as the “Parties” and separately as “Party”.
