This Assignment Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated as of September, 13th 2023 (“Effective Date”), is entered into by and between Screencrib Limited (“Screencrib”) and The Last Swim Film, a series of Screencrib Platform LP, a Delaware series limited partnership (“Assignee”).‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌
