These Professional Services Terms (“Terms”) govern the provision by Dynatrace and the receipt by Customer of Professional Services purchased by Customer from Dynatrace. Except as set forth in these Terms, the provision of the Professional Services is governed by the agreement between Dynatrace and Customer together with any Order Form that incorporates it, and where there is no agreement, the Subscription Agreement found here: https://www.dynatrace.com/company/trust-center/customers/ (collectively, the “Agreement”). In the event of any conflict between a term or condition in the Agreement and these Terms, these Terms will govern the provision of Professional Services unless explicitly superseded in the Order Form.
