AVON/DAKOTA NEIGHBORHOOD (“Revitalization Agreement”) dated as of June 8, 2010, for identification purposes only, is made and entered into by and between ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY, a public body, corporate and politic (“Authority”), and THE RELATED COMPANIES OF CALIFORNIA, LLC, a California limited liability company (“Developer”). Authority and/or Developer also may be referred to herein individually as a “Party” and together as the “Parties”. This Revitalization Agreement is entered into with reference to the following recitals.
