This Joint Stipulation of Settlement and Release (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between the Named Plaintiff (as defined below), individually and on behalf of the class of individuals he seeks to represent (collectively, the “Plaintiffs”), and Defendants Houslanger and Associates, PLLC, Todd E. Houslanger, Virgo Capital, LLC, and Aquarius Capital, LLC (collectively, the “Defendants”) (collectively with Plaintiffs, the “Parties”).
