THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this the 15th day of October A.D., 2012, by and between Ameren Illinois Company a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Illinois, its assigns or successors, who may be hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or "AmerenIP" and LOCAL UNION 51 of the INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF ELECTRICAL WORKERS, affiliated with the American Federation of Labor, who may be hereinafter referred to as the “Union.” The parties mutually agree that this company name change is an administrative change only and does not affect or change any of the parties' rights and responsibilities under the CBA including the practices, understandings, agreements, and the applicability of federal and state laws.
