This is a contract providing dining accommodations to Students for the Contract Period identified below on the terms and conditions stated herein and stated in a separate document entitled “2017-2018 Meal Plan Contract Terms and Conditions,” which document is attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes. Meals will not be available until this original signed form is returned to UTSA Campus Services or applicable guarantor documentation provided by Housing.
