(the "Borrower"), certain guarantors of the Borrower identified on the signature pages hereto (the "Guarantors"), the Lenders (as defined below) and Bank of America, N.A., formerly NationsBank, N.A., as administrative agent for the Lenders (in such capacity, the "Agent"). Capitalized terms used herein but not otherwise defined shall have the meanings given to such terms in the Credit Agreement (as defined below).
