THIS INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) dated , 2023, is entered into by and between THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO, a municipal corporation (“City”), POUDRE SCHOOL DISTRICT R-1, a statutory Colorado school district (“School District”) and the POUDRE RIVER PUBLIC LIBRARY DISTRICT, a political subdivision of the State of Colorado (“Library”). The City, School District, and Library are referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
