QUELQUES ÉLÉMENTS PARTICULIERS EN MATIÈRE DE COMMODATOctober 10th, 2016
FiledOctober 10th, 2016The free use agreement, also called commodate, is an essentially gratuitous act by which an individually determined item of property, either movable or immovable, non-expendable and non-fungible is transferred by one party to another to be used for a certain period and returned in its individuality. This type of contract also acquires a personal feature, as the use of the property cannot be transferred to any other person without the prior agreement of the lender. Such a contract gives rise to obligations only on the part of the party receiving the property for free use.
