In this agreement, the term “Exhibitor” means all employees and/or subcontractors of employees and the “Exhibition” means the HAC 2019 Convention and Trade Show taking place at the Vancouver Convention Centre – West, November 14 – 17, 2019. “HAC” means Helicopter Association of Canada, its employees and contractors.
