THIS AGREEMENT is made on February 22, 2017, by and between the Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority (“PSTA”), an independent special district with its principal place of business located at 3201 Scherer Drive, St. Petersburg, Florida, and I/C Mechanical, Inc. (“Contractor”), a Florida Corporation with its principal place of business located at 13925 Monroes Business Park, Tampa, FL 33635 (collectively, the “Parties”).
