This Cardholder Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions governing the Serve Temporary Card you purchased and the Cash Back you may earn while using your Serve Temporary Card. This Cardholder Agreement also includes certain information about how to register your Serve Temporary Card and upgrade it into a “Serve Account”, how to temporarily use the Serve Temporary Card in connection with your Serve Account, and some of the terms that will apply after you register and upgrade to a Serve Account.
